Shipping & Returns

Our boxes get packed and mailed out within 7 to 14 business days. 

We utilize the United States Postal Service to carry our boxes from our homebase in Southeast Alaska to your homes all over the country. Once our boxes are dropped at our local USPS office, it can take about 1 to 2 weeks to arrive at your door, depending on weather and USPS delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

With our random selection based on the loose preferences each customer provides, we know there is still a chance they may end up with books that don't interest them. If an instance occurs where a customer dislikes their book enough to want an exchange, we would be more than happy to send an additional book without needing the original book in return. All books have value so we ask that rather than mailing the book back as an exchange for your replacement, instead donate it to a school, hospital, or women's shelter. It may be the book to inspire a child's love of reading or help someone through a rough time.

Even though we have no problem replacing the book that comes in your box, we don't accept any returns or exchanges on any of the items that come along with the book. The items in our boxes are picked picked at random. We do swap out food items if an allergy is listed or a specific item is asked to be excluded under the customer's preferences, but it can't be exchanged after a customer has already received it.
